To uphold our reputation for providing quality staffing solutions, NOSH maintains strict certification standards for all its employees. It is a condition of employment that our staff have the appropriate RSA and Hygiene certificates so that we can successfully service our esteemed clientele. 

RSA

It is a legal requirement in Australia for all staff working with alcohol in New South Wales to be over the age of 18 years and have a NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

Hygiene Certificate

It is a NOSH condition of employment that all Kitchen Brigade members hold a current certificate in Food Handler’s Hygiene. NOSH is also currently working with our team to ensure all of our teams have completed a Food Handler's Hygiene Certification.
