Melbourne Cup 2010

A social spectacular in Melbourne the Spring Racing Carnival also attracts huge crowds at Sydney’s premier sporting and event venues. 2010 Melbourne Cup again saw NOSH contracted to assist in both the retail and VIP areas of Royal Randwick, glamorous events at Sydney’s iconic Ivy to name but a few as well as numerous high profile private and elegant corporate events across Sydney. With over 300 staff working in over 20 locations servicing over 35,000 guests, Melbourne Cup always poses a challenge to ensure NOSH delivers the same high calibre staff immaculately presented in the right location at the right time in accordance to NOSH’s service standards.

Always a huge day on the social scene, NOSH triumphed with positive feedback from all locations with comments such as “what a great day….thanks NOSH for your help excellent as usual” and “we couldn’t have done it without you guys, great team effort from beginning to end” or “the guys were a dream. Arrived early, jumped straight in, always looking for ‘how else to help’ and always with a smile. Thanks guys our client is ecstatic and the event a huge success in no small part thanks to NOSH!”

A fantastic effort by the NOSH team whose continued support of Sydney’s premier event venues and corporate boardrooms has ensured a positive and memorable Melbourne Cup for many. 

Fashion Festival

Australia’s Fashion faithful were delighted to see the new season styles of Australia’s hottest designers at Rosemounts Fashion Festival hosted at Sydney’s Town Hall.  Working closely with the catering team of Sydney Town Hall, the NOSH team looked after Sydney’s A-listers and general public in both the public bars and VIP spaces.  In specially designed uniforms the NOSH team moved effortlessly amongst this high profile crowd serving the elegant canapes and recently released Rosemount O wines in striking tall glasses.  NOSH again proved our versatility by having to service both the general public areas with retail bar facilities as well as simultaneously looking after the high profile VIP areas.

Acclaimed as the most successful Fashion Festival of recent times, NOSH is proud to have been involved in such a successful high profile event.
