Servicing cocktails and canapés amongst the prestigious cars, NOSH staff, dressed in all black, echoed the style and sophistication of Mercedes Benz. With the launch process encompassing several events across Sydney over numerous weeks, key to the success of the launch was the ability of the service team to understand both the caterer's and Mercedes Benz style and culture and their delivery above and beyond expectations.Balancing the service requirements,including bar, food and beverage service with the logistical requirements of the Mercedes Benz showrooms, the NOSH management worked closely with our catering client to develop unique staffing plans for each event to best service each event.
