NOSH’s function and events team is focused on delivering each and every event in a stylish and professional manner, from the original planning stages right through to the actual event. Included in the functions and event team is a dedicated squad to assist in the bump-in and out of events to ensure strict deadlines are met.
From the initial brief through to event realisation, NOSH’s event coordinators have extensive experience in the local, national and international event planning industry. They boast a network of local connections and suppliers to ensure your next event will be planned and executed with innovation and flair.
Possessing clear delegation and organisational skills, NOSH’s team of expert supervisors work closely with the event coordinators, clients and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth delivery of your event. Supervising events from 10 to 1000 guests, NOSH’s Supervisors are capable of efficiently leading teams of waiters, coordinating bar operations and liaising with kitchen teams.
Having completed NOSH’s in-house banquet training, Functions Waiters are competent in basic hospitality skills and are suitable for work in larger supervised event teams including cocktail parties, buffet and seated dinners as well as basic retail style events.
With a general understanding of the more common bar package beverages (beer, wine & soft drinks) these bar tenders are at their best in supervised bar operations assisting with the service and presentation of drinks.
Similar to boardroom waiters, Cook & Serve staff are capable of working in unsupervised environments and can confidently service small intimate groups, assisting with the heating, presentation and service of prepared meals and canapés as well as beverage service.
NOSH’s baristas are experienced in operating different styles of espresso machines to present great coffee in high volume operations. With a passion for coffee, the baristas pride themselves on their ability to serve any style of espresso at the highest standard.
With their impeccable grooming and focus on the guests’ needs, NOSH’s team of concierge and cloakroom assistants is ideally suited to customer service.
