The Launch of the Brand New Nosh Website

To commemorate our 20th year in the hospitality industry, NOSH is excited to announce the launch of our new and improved website. We have added some amazing images of recent events and more detailed information into who we are and what we do best.

Created in 1995, NOSH Hospitality Personnel is one of the longest standing and most reputable staffing agencies in Sydney. Mark Tallon and Ross Mitchell saw a void in the Hospitality Industry for premium staffing solutions and have never looked back. The last 20 years has seen an incredible growth in the NOSH management and casual team as well as in the industry itself creating an increased demand for top quality staff.

The team behind Sydney’s biggest events

NOSH has been a part of some of Australia’s largest and most exciting events, you’ll find our team every week in venues such as ANZ Stadium and the Cricket Trust Grounds serving up to 80,000 guests. An exciting moment in NOSH’s history and a true testament to the development of the business was the extraordinary staffing solutions NOSH presented at the Sydney 2000 Olympics across a number of venues.

The turn of the century saw a boost in corporate venues and boardroom services for the NOSH team. This was a major opportunity for NOSH to stand out as the supplier of elite staff who ensured the success of the business and brand. This was also a time in which NOSH forged strong bonds with corporate venues around Sydney whose important partnerships we still value and enjoy today.

NOSH Hospitality, more than just elite waitstaff

The transformation of NOSH’s Kitchen Brigade opened a new door of potential for the team and continues to grow today to include some fantastic and hard-working casual staff. Regular kitchen rosters are a significant part of the weekly routine and often lead to permanent placements and executive recruitment prospects. The success NOSH has seen working closely with clients to find permanent and contracted staff members is a tribute to the diligent management team and the detailed recruitment process.
