Held every year on the first Saturday of March, the Mardi Gras is hosted for Sydney Gay and Lesbian members of the community, and hosts three weeks of events and celebrations in the lead up to the event. Coming up to it’s 38th Annual Parade, NOSH Hospitality has had the pleasure of being involved in this event for a number of years.
